Frost update – added to the May 1 Vineyard Manager Seminar, 8:30 – 11:00 a.m at the Hilton Hotel at Fountaingrove Parkway in Santa Rosa. Open to all Sonoma & Marin County grape growers, this seminar will include Rhonda Smith, UCCE Viticulture Farm Advisor, providing input for growers affected by frost and Shannon Antonini and Fred Carvajal, Chris Maloney Crop Insurance, telling growers with crop insurance how to file their claims. In addition, there will be a New Product Update on pesticides for organic and sustainable production. Presenters: Bayer Crop Science, Bob Austin; Monterey Ag Resources, Jay Irvine; Wilbur-Ellis, Armon Azevedo.
