This grower meeting will provide an update on the Mendocino/Sonoma County Frost Program, include vineyard survey results for Sonoma County. In addition, Paula Whelan, Wagner and Bonsignor, will discuss water use reporting rules. Grant funding opportunities for water conservation measures by NRCS, Sotoyome/Goldridge RCDs, Trout Unlimited will be presented. Finally enforcement plans for 2010 by National Marine Fisheries, Fish and Game and the State Water Resources Control Board will be shared. Following lunch, there will be a Q&A session with the morning’s speakers.
