2012 Dollars and $ense Seminar
Please join us at the 21st Annual Dollars & $ense Seminar and Tradeshow on Thursday, January 19, 2012 from 7:30am – 1:30pm at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts. Register online by January 13, at: www.sonomawinegrape.org/12das
This year's seminar topics are: 2011 Market Update and Prospects for 2012 by Brian Clements and Marc Cuneo of Turrentine Brokerage; Insights on the Overall Wine Market by Mike Colicchio of Nielsen's Beverage Alcohol Team; Marketing Program Update with focus on the Brand Essence Creative by Trini Amador of BHC Consulting and Community Relations with Honore Comfort and Nick Frey. There will be a short presentation on the Grape Marketplace by SCWC's Ginger Baker.
The seminar ends with an important presentation on Frost Regulation by John O'Hagan of the State Water Resources Control Board enforcement group. Pete Opatz will provide an update on Frost Regulation and the Water Demand Management Program. Lunch follows at 12:30pm.
The tradeshow opens at 7:30am and will feature 50 vendors. The cost to growers is $20 for the seminar and tradeshow or $50 with lunch. It is open to all wine and allied industry members and anyone interested in the state of the wine community at a cost of $30 for the seminar and tradeshow or $60 with lunch.
