The SCWC Commission board has set the 2011 assessment rate at 0.5% (one half percent) of the gross dollar value of District 3 winegrapes sold by growers to vintners.

This assessment is used to fund marketing programs that build the Sonoma County brand and provide educational seminars and tools for Sonoma County grape growers.
