Some of the wineries that buy their grapes include: Ridge and Rosenblum buy Zinfandel, and Wellington and Hamel buy Syrah. They also produce wine from their own fruit under the Acorn brand. They enjoy salmon and Sangioevese; duck with Dolcetto and Thai sausages with Zinfandel.
